**Chemical Waste Management in Port Arthur is currently not accepting wastes
from other companies for injection, but only injecting wastes from other Chemical Waste Management facilities. Chemical Waste Management also operates an
incinerator in Port Arthur.
***Merichem reclaims oil and gas wastes and sells them to other companies. However, on occassion they inject these wastes.
****EMPAK is not currently injecting wastes,having sold their list of clients to Disposal Systems Inc. They also operate a fuel blending facility.
